When providing training and coaching, we ensure that we explore the specific challenges that candidates are encountering, that we fully understand them from their perspective, and that we tailor our sessions accordingly.

It is intrinsic to the success of any project that the data that supports it is accurate, unbiased, and reliable, and we are therefore meticulous in the way we collect data. We are scientists at heart, our data analysis processes are founded on proven scientific research methodologies and produce detailed and verifiable findings, reports and conclusions. We are currently building partnerships with leading academic institutions and research labs in Manchester, Beirut, Cairo, Riyadh and Abu Dhabi and we continuously seek to extend our network.

In multi-disciplinary projects, we build independent POCs and amend and converge them according to their success rates. To manage sustainable sourcing effectively, we match the customers’ requirements for criteria such as quality, price, reliability, and availability, in such a way that stakeholder expectations are met and none of their requirements are compromised, while keeping an eye on the carbon footprint of the supply project and on the ethical standpoint of the suppliers.
