Our method to developing project solutions encompasses four key stages:

To fully understand the context, challenges, and opportunities of your project, we totally immerse ourselves in your business and experience it from your unique perspective. We will also engage with your business partners and communities, to give us a complete 360 view of the project and its stakeholders. When providing training and coaching, we ensure that we explore the specific challenges that candidates are encountering, that we fully understand them from their perspective, and that we tailor our sessions accordingly.

2 / Investigate the Current

It is intrinsic to the success of any project that the data that supports it is accurate, unbiased, and reliable, and we are therefore meticulous in the way we collect data. We are scientists at heart, our data analysis processes are founded on proven scientific research methodologies and produce detailed and verifiable findings, reports and conclusions. We are currently building partnerships with leading academic institutions and research labs in Manchester, Beirut, Cairo, Riyadh and Abu Dhabi and we continuously seek to extend our network.

The team stretches beyond Nulabe staff and extends to the client side. Our approach includes advocating the future of the project in-hand and rallying with different stakeholders the cause behind it; thus, creating a committed and supportive team in charge of the development, and that will proactively embrace its outcomes, conclusions and solutions.

While always steering away from ‘analysis paralysis’ mode, and avoiding telling clients stories they already know, our delivery spirit does rely on whenever possible deploying concept-proofing, which aims at making the least disturbance of the running of the existing business. In multi-disciplinary projects, we build independent POCs and amend and converge them according to their success rates. This also represents an integral part of our rewards-based compensation mechanisms.

In a world of complex and stretched supply routes, sustainable sourcing is the cornerstone of effective and reliable value chains; the selection of suppliers, products and technologies is based on the compliance to the social, economic, and environmental factors of the most updated norms in place. To manage sustainable sourcing effectively, we match the customers’ requirements for criteria such as quality, price, reliability, and availability, in such a way that stakeholder expectations are met and none of their requirements are compromised, while keeping an eye on the carbon footprint of the supply project and on the ethical standpoint of the suppliers.

The rapid change to technology and industries due to increasing interconnectivity and smart automation known as industry 4.0, describes the direction that organizations are aiming to adopt to transform their traditional businesses.
